Thank you for shopping at Crybananacat (shopcrybanana.com). Because all our international merchandise is custom-printed and manufactured just for you upon ordering, we have a specific return policy.
1. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we are deeply sorry! Please contact us at [workforbananacat@gmail.com] within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and your order number. We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
2. Wrong Size or Change of Mind Since every item is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for incorrect size selection or if you change your mind. Please make sure to check our Size Chart carefully before placing your order.
3. Lost in Transit For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and send a replacement package for you.
