Before your order ships, it goes through our fulfillment and preparation process.

Processing Time: 2–5 business days (This includes printing, custom processing, and quality checks).

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We ship globally to 40+ countries. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard International Shipping: 10–25 business days.

Note: While many orders arrive much sooner (especially in major destinations like the US, Canada, and Australia), we provide a 25-day window to account for variations in international logistics and local postal services.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders shipped outside of India may occasionally be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country's customs office.

While these charges do not apply to every order, if applicable, they are solely the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges, and they vary by country. Please check your local customs office rules before placing an order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

Unboxing Video: For your protection and a smooth resolution process, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video upon receiving your package. This helps us quickly verify and resolve any issues regarding damaged or incorrect items.
